Target GPA Questions
What does it mean if the required GPA is over 4.0?
If the result is higher than 4.0, your target GPA is mathematically impossible to achieve with the number of remaining credits you've entered. You may need to adjust your target or consider other ways to improve your academic record.
How is this different from the GPA Predictor?
This Target GPA Calculator works backward: you start with your goal and it tells you what performance is required. The GPA Predictor works forward: you estimate your future performance and it tells you the likely outcome.
What if I am unsure about my remaining credits?
Check your degree audit on ONE.UF for the most accurate number. If you are still planning, you can estimate. A typical bachelor's degree at UF requires 120 credits total, so you can subtract your earned credits from 120 for a rough estimate.
