Warrington College of Business (Heavener)

Admission to business majors is highly competitive and requires completion of critical-tracking courses with specific GPAs.

  • General Business, Information Systems, Management

    Minimum 3.0 UF GPA & 3.0 tracking GPA.

  • Finance, Accounting

    Minimum 3.5 UF GPA & 3.5 tracking GPA.

  • Marketing

    Minimum 3.2 UF GPA & 3.2 tracking GPA.

Herbert Wertheim College of Engineering

Engineering majors have a strict critical-tracking curriculum that must be followed to remain in good standing.

  • Computer Science, Computer Engineering

    Minimum 2.5 GPA in critical-tracking courses.

  • Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering

    Minimum 2.5 GPA in critical-tracking courses.

  • Biomedical Engineering

    Highly competitive; requires a tracking GPA often above 3.3.

College of Journalism and Communications

CJC majors require a strong overall academic record for admission into the professional programs.

  • Advertising, Journalism, Public Relations

    Minimum 3.0 UF GPA for admission to the major.

  • Telecommunication

    Minimum 2.75 UF GPA for admission to the major.
